Cancel an order

  1. 1.Give the order number and the email on the order. Cancellation requests are reviewed every business morning, Monday to Friday.
  2. 2.Not shipped yet: the order is stopped, and the full amount goes back to the original payment method.
  3. 3.Already shipped: accept the parcel, then send it back for a refund under the Refund Policy.
